Payment Options
Our secure checkout allows you to “Buy Now” and pay by debit or credit card, or “Reserve”; simply make a 10% deposit to secure your artwork and one of our team will get in touch to discuss payment terms.
Taxes and Duties
Prices listed are exclusive of VAT, which will be displayed alongside the artwork price. If you’re purchasing from outside the artwork’s country of origin, customs duties may apply. You’ll be responsible for any customs fees, and your shipping carrier will contact you for the necessary information.
Shipping
We deliver worldwide with 100% secured shipping on all acquisitions. You can choose between standard shipping (via local couriers such as DHL, with costs calculated at checkout) or "white glove" service (on request), where your artwork will be expertly crated and delivered via a specialised art shuttle. Artworks are packed and shipped within 5 business days from the close of the exhibition, or 20 days if framing is required. Shipping costs are based on your location, artwork size, and specific requirements like packing. Local pickup may also be available at checkout.
Protection and Authenticity
Every purchase made through Amici is protected by our commitment to authenticity and secure transactions. Certificates of authenticity will be provided on request. If a work is found to be inauthentic or does not arrive as described, we’ll work with you to find the best resolution, including a full refund if necessary.

No Sign-up Fees
Galleries only pay a £50 administration fee once a Host and Visitor gallery are successfully paired.
Shared Risk and Profit
Operating costs and profits are shared between Host and Visiting galleries, with Amici taking a 5% commission from each gallery on sales made through the platform only.
